Heather achieved her undergraduate degree at St. John’s University, in Queens, New York. She subsequently attended the New York Law School, in New York, New York, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Life Outside the Firm:

In her spare time, Heather enjoys volleyball, pickleball, scuba diving, hiking, and spending time with her dog and family.

With a passion for justice and a commitment to excellence, Heather Arboleda has established herself as a prominent legal advocate in Colorado as well as New York and New Jersey. As a seasoned attorney with over 10 years of experience, Heather specializes in the areas of Business Litigation, Business Law, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Military Law, and Criminal Defense, providing expert guidance and representation to clients navigating complex legal challenges.

After graduating with a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, Heather quickly distinguished herself in the legal field through sharp intellect, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to client success. Admitted to practice law in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey, Heather has since built a reputation for delivering innovative legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

After law school, Heather transitioned from the U.S. Army Reserve as an Adjutant General officer to active duty as a Judge Advocate (JAG Attorney) and served in Korea, Germany, and at Fort Carson. Heather continues to serve in the Army Reserve as a Major and JAG Officer.

Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate intricate legal matters with precision and integrity. Whether advocating for individuals, businesses, or organizations, she approaches each case with a strategic mindset and a steadfast commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.

Heather has successfully litigated cases in both state and federal courts, earning accolades for her courtroom prowess and persuasive advocacy skills. Beyond her legal practice, Heather is a member of several professional organizations including the Colorado Bar Association, El Paso County Bar Association, Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, and actively participates in the Business Law, Criminal Law, and Military and Veteran Affairs Sections, where she continues to stay abreast of emerging legal trends and developments.

Committed to giving back to the community, Heather volunteers her time and expertise to various charitable organizations and community initiatives, including judging mock trials across the nation and volunteering with the Tim Tebow Foundation.
