Christian C. Osterhout is a dedicated transactional attorney in Colorado Springs offering straightforward and comprehensive guidance in Business law, Estate Planning, and Tax. Rooted in a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal landscapes, he is committed to demystifying the legal process with clarity and expertise.

Initially captivated by the allure of Colorado during family vacations, Christian realized his dream of calling it home. Christian achieved a double major in Accounting and Business Administration in less than three and a half years at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado, situated between Denver and the mountain fronts. While in Lakewood, Christian honed his expertise through hands-on experience in tax and audit roles at various Accounting Firms, including a prestigious top 7 national accounting firm, CBIZ.

Subsequently, Christian regretfully left Colorado and continued to deepen his knowledge and practical skills in both law and finance in his hometown of Oklahoma. During his time at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Christian concurrently served as an accountant and advisor at MM Energy. His commitment to excellence extended beyond such roles as he participated in moot court competitions, achieving recognition by reaching the quarterfinals in the 2021 National Tax Moot Court Competition.

Keen to bring his wealth of expertise to clients seeking top-notch estate planning and business law services, Christian honed his skills at Kansas’s premier estate planning firm. Specializing in intricate matters related to taxable estates (those exceeding 24 million), Christian successfully guided clients in minimizing tax implications. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in assisting clients with business sales, handling transactions with values reaching up to 100 million.

Christian’s hands-on experience revealed the unique complexities inherent in each case, fostering a realization that creative solutions are vital for tackling the most intricate issues. Fueled by this insight, Christian accepted a position the Business Law Group and fulfilled his dream of making Colorado his permanent state, reinforcing his commitment to applying the refined expertise acquired throughout his educational and professional journey. Christian is currently licensed to help clients in three states (Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado); whether it’s navigating estate planning intricacies or facilitating complex business transactions, he is dedicated to providing tailored solutions that resonate with your specific needs.
