Chloe Allen

Legal Assistant, Receptionist

Biography:

Chloe is our legal assistant and the first line of contact for the firm. She specializes in handling new client integration, assisting our Enrolled Agent with tax matters, and collaborating with the paralegals on a plethora of administrative legal tasks. Chloe comes to us with a wealth of small business and management experience, quickly fitting in here at Business Law Group. She began looking for a position at a law firm upon moving to Colorado, with aspirations of becoming a paralegal. While searching for a place that understood the importance of balancing family and work life, Business Law Group became her ideal match. Her office management experience comes from small businesses in many fields including restaurants, oil & gas, moving, preschool, and retail businesses.

Originally from Texas, she was raised in the DFW area, and after high school, she moved to Wichita Falls to be closer to her family and pursue an education. While there, she helped manage their family-owned oil & gas business, moving company, and retail bath product company, for which she also helped create homemade, organic products. Venturing into the restaurant and bar scene in Wichita Falls, Chloe quickly made her way into management, including the General Manager position for a local bar and eatery. This is where she met her husband, and eventually came to work with him at his restaurant as the Assistant General Manager. She assisted in creating craft cocktails, menus, and helped manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Unfortunately, due to Covid and its effect on the local economy, Chloe and her husband were forced to close their restaurant.

After their restaurant closure, Chloe and her family relocated briefly to Atlanta, where she was an office manager of a preschool. Eventually, they permanently moved to Colorado Springs in April of 2023 after her husband accepted the General Manager position at a local restaurant. Her husband, having served in the US Army for 8 years, was used to living in military towns, so Colorado Springs immediately felt like home to them. After gaining experience in many different lines of work with family and franchised locations, Chloe understands the needs of small business owners and is passionate about helping them succeed.
