As a seasoned attorney with over 10 years of experience, Heather specializes in the areas of Business Litigation, Business Law, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Military Law, and Criminal Defense, providing expert guidance and representation to clients navigating complex legal challenges.
After graduating with a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, Heather quickly distinguished herself in the legal field through sharp intellect, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to client success. Admitted to practice law in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey, Heather has since built a reputation for delivering innovative legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
After law school, Heather transitioned from the U.S. Army Reserve as an Adjutant General officer to active duty as a Judge Advocate (JAG Attorney) and served in Korea, Germany, and at Fort Carson. Heather continues to serve in the Army Reserve as a Major and JAG Officer.
Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate intricate legal matters with precision and integrity. Whether advocating for individuals, businesses, or organizations, she approaches each case with a strategic mindset and a steadfast commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
