Biography
Holly Baxter began her legal career at Business Law Group in 2019 as a paralegal, where she quickly found a strong connection to the work and to the firm’s mission of supporting small businesses. Her natural leadership and deepening knowledge of the field led to a promotion to firm manager in 2021. As she continued to grow in the legal space, Holly found her passion leaning more and more toward transactional work, especially helping entrepreneurs navigate big milestones like starting or selling a business.
Today, while completing her JD, Holly supports the firm’s attorneys in a variety of areas, including business formation and acquisitions, trademarks and intellectual property, and real estate transactions. She looks forward to becoming a licensed attorney and continuing to serve BLG clients with the same dedication and care she’s brought to every role she’s held at the firm.
